Introduction:

Chemistry is the most useful branch of Science. Chemistry occupies an intermediate position between Physics and Biology. It is sometimes called Central Science because it provides a foundation for understanding both Basic and Applied Scientific Disciplines at a fundamental level.
The department aims at educating students on various areas of both theoretical and practical aspects of Chemistry. The department is committed to providing a PUC course that combines curriculum, practicals, project works, seminars & science exhibitions.

Learning Curriculum:

A meticulously designed planner for the coverage of the syllabus to make students understand each basic concept and its applications in a tailor-made manner and complete the syllabus as per schedule giving ample preparation time for exams.
Apart from the prescribed syllabus, the department also thrives to create a sense of civic responsibility by carefully handling chemicals without harming themselves and the surrounding environment, and minimizing the wastage of water, fuel, and other useful and expensive resources.

Our faculty guide and prepare students for the National level Competitive Examination for Medical courses- NEET-UG, JEE, and Karnataka State Entrance Test (K-CET) for Chemistry-based courses.

Introduction:

The most important aspect of computer science is problem-solving, an essential skill for life. Students study the design, development, and analysis of software and hardware used to solve problems in a variety of business, scientific and social contexts.
Computers have made a great effect on our everyday life and thinking. When we speak about the computer, we think only of its physical look and how it is used but not how it will work. Computer education is one the most important subject if you compare this with current technological updates and demands of computer knowledge in various government and private sectors jobs. The goal of technological education is to make students better thinkers, creative and confident. That helps them in higher education and in life. Education plays a very important role in our life and career development.
The Department of Computer Science has a vision and believes that Computer Science is a rapidly evolving discipline directly or indirectly affecting many other disciplines including Science and Engineering, Arts, Business, etc. At the college level, students will learn C++ programming language which is the basic building block for other programming languages. In our college students are learning ESS, C++ along with SQL and HTML Programming to improve their Knowledge. The practical lab is also helpful to apply their classroom knowledge into practice.

Introduction:

Mathematics is the mother of all sciences. Today’s world demands more and more mathematical knowledge on the parts of it people. So, it’s necessary to prepare the child with a strong base of mathematical knowledge. The department has come a long way, pioneering the need of students The department successfully keeps up with the high results. AY21-22, 14 students scored a cent percent score in Mathematics in the board exam.

The main objective of the department is to prepare the students with the power of reasoning and Mathematical conceptual knowledge for competitive examination. Introduction:

Economics is relevant in our daily lives because it enables society to understand the significance of government policies in controlling the supply of limited resources to satisfy existing consumer needs.

Economics falls under the umbrella of humanities and social science and is committed to providing students with an elective mix of pure practical analytical as well as theoretical knowledge in the areas of Micro Economics and Macro Economics.

The study of economics helps people understand the world around them. It enables people to understand people, businesses, markets, and governments, and therefore better respond to the threats and opportunities that emerge when things change. Economics majors are well-positioned in an ever-changing world because they have problem-solving and analytical skills that allow them to succeed in variety of career paths – law, risk management, actuary, finance, foreign affairs, public administration, politics, policy analysis, health administration, entrepreneurship, market analysis, journalism, and unknown careers of the future.

The breadth and flexibility of an economics degree prepare students to adjust to unexpected changes and take advantage of unexpected opportunities.

Introduction:

English is an International language widely used by everyone in the world. A language has to be learned by four vital skills i.e., LSRW via Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. A student has to follow these four skills while learning any language it may be Kannada, Hindi, Urdu, or any other language.

English is one of the branches of the study of language which comes under the tree of “Humanities and Social sciences” which consists of Cultural Studies, Critical Theory,(ESL)English as a Second language, (ESP) English for Specific Purpose, (EAP)English for Academic Purpose.

The word English makes the Rural students weaken their abilities. The faculty has taken the responsibility to motivate rural students by teaching
Communication English classes in a bilingual way, Business Correspondence, and Reporting had been added to the curriculum. This enables students to acquire competitive skills necessary for future endeavors and employability.

Students are advised to write and practice the long answers to manage time. Seminars will be conducted after the completion of every chapter to overcome their fear and improve their speaking skills. Well-equipped language labs with individual computers and other accessories are maintained. These Innovative ELT methods are practiced to bring further progress.
